• 18-20 - Registration at event;
• 18-20 - XCO & XCM Course open for practice (helmet and race numbers are obligatory);
• 20:10 - Team Managers Meeting for XCO & XCM at the race secretary

20.07.2026, Saturday:

• 08:00-09:00 – Registration at the event;

• 09:10 – Kids Race;

• 09:45 – Start Hobby Races;

• 11:45 – Start UCI Races (1-2 min delayed starts/categories);

• 13:15 - Preliminary Results

• 13.30 - Appeals regarding results in writing at the Race Secretary. The fee for any appeal is 100 lei which will be refunded in case the person was right/Final Results

• 14:00 – Awards Ceremony.

• 18-19 - Registration at the Crater Maraton UCI C2 event
